Applied System Knowledge is an independent consultancy, founded by Steve Morton - for many years the Technology Manager of SAS Institute's UK subsidiary.

With over 25 years of experience in the SASŽ system, Steve has an unusual depth and breadth of understanding of this richly-functional software. This is kept fully up to date with the latest SAS products and releases, by personal research and by contact with other SAS experts - both within SAS and the independent consulting community.

Applied System Knowledge is based in the riverside market town of Henley-on-Thames. This location provides excellent transport access to the Thames valley, London, the Home Counties and Midlands of England as well as major international airports.

Previous customers are mainly in south-east England and the major European cities accessible from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Business sectors served are predominantly Insurance, Finance and Banking, Retail, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing - but due to the cross-industry nature of data warehousing practise, many of those skills are portable to other business areas.

We maintain professional links with several other independent consultants, including the Independent SAS Consultants Register. By drawing on our combined resources, we cover an even greater range of experience and expertise.
